President and Chief Operating Officer
Michael Nicholson returned to the role of President and Chief Operating office on February 2, 2020, a title he held when he joined the Company in January 2016. He held the title of Interim Chief Executive Officer from April 11, 2019 until February 2, 2020. He also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from January 2016 to August 2017. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ANN, Inc. from December 2012 until August 2015. From 2007 to 2012, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ANN, Inc. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Limited Brands, Inc. holding various executive positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Victoria’s Secret Beauty Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nicholson held senior positions at Colgate Palmolive and Altria Group, Inc.
